About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (EH) to customers, and requires participation in and completion of the customer online research survey (Survey) to gain entry to the promotion and a chance to win one of three $100 gift cards (Promotion).
2. Participating in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms. Information explaining how to participate is part of these terms and applicable EH policies and general terms and conditions apply.
3. The Promotion will be conducted from 24 March 2023 until 11:59pm on 30 April 2023 (Promotion Period).
4. EH reserves its rights to defer and/or terminate the Promotion or the Promotion Period early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
Who can Enter?
5. The Promotion is open to all existing EH customers during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participants).
How to Enter
6. To enter, Eligible Participants need to complete the Survey in full via the Employment Hero platform to be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
7. Eligible Participants who complete the Survey in full are automatically granted entry to our Promotion. Only one entry is granted to the Promotion for completion of the Survey, and completing the survey multiple times will not grant customers a greater chance of winning or additional entries.
Prize for the Winners
8. EH will draw winners at random within 60 days of the end of the Promotion Period (Winners). We may defer announcing Winners at our absolute discretion.
9. There will be 3 Winners and each will be entitled to one Prize.
10. The three Winners will each receive an e-Gift card valued at AUD $100 (Prize).
11. Winners will be notified by email once the draw is completed.
12. A GiftPay online gift card will be sent to each Winnerโs nominated email account within 14 days of EH announcing the Winners.
Publicity
13. Eligible Participants and Winners consent to EH disclosing, using and publishing personal information of the Winners, such as their individual name and name of their organisation in the Wellness Newsletter in relation to the Promotion.
General
14. EH collects personal information in connection with this Promotion. EH may, for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, use this information or disclose such information as necessary to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory agencies. Participation is conditional on providing this information.
15. Personal information EH collects in connection with this Promotion is managed in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
16. Standard Employment Hero terms and conditions apply.
17. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participantโs use of the Prize. These terms will be set out by the provider of the Prize.
18. The Prize is not transferable to any other products or cash.
19. The Prize is granted โas isโ and EH does not provide a warranty of the Prizeโs merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
20. EH reserves the right to:
(a) disqualify any Eligible Participant that submits an incomplete or misdirected Submission; and
(b) withhold the Prize or disqualify any Eligible Participant for failing to comply with these terms and/or other EH terms and conditions or policies.
21. EHโs decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is incapable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, EH may at its absolute discretion change its terms or cancel the Promotions.
Liability
23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, EH (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion or the Prize, including any:
(a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under EHโs control);
(b) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after EH receipts it) due to any reason beyond EHโs reasonable control;
(d) variation in price value to that stated in these terms; and
(e) tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
Governing law
24. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
