About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero).
2. Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand Public Practice members joining the Employment Hero Partner Network are eligible for a 50% discount on their payroll implementation fees, and corporate members subscribing to the Employment Hero payroll platform and services are eligible for a 3 month free period (Promotion).
3. The Promotion will begin on 20 April 2023 and conclude at 11:59pm on 30 June 2023 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all new Employment Hero partners and customers during the Promotion Period that qualify in accordance with clause 5 of these terms and conditions.
How to qualify for the Promotion?
5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:

- be a current Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) Public Practice or Corporate Member;

- not be a current Employment Hero or Keypay partner (including KeyPay partners who have been transferred to the Employment Hero Partner Network);
- be a new customer (not have been an Employment Hero or Keypay customer in the last 12 months);
- subscribe to the Employment Hero Payroll services for a minimum 12 month term;
- provide and authorise use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract; and
- be a registered business in Australia or New Zealand.

What are the benefits of the Promotion?
7. For CA ANZ Public Practice Members joining the Employment Hero Partner Network:

- A 50% discount will be applied to the implementation fees. This discount will apply to the full implementation process that you choose.
- Valid for managed payroll implementation fees only.
8. For CA ANZ Corporate Members who become an Employment Hero customer:

- Your 3 month free period begins from the date you sign your contract with us.
- Valid for Payroll Standard and Payroll Premium only.

Restrictions
9. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

11. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
12. Usage charges for SMS, awards, P11D and super processing are not included in the Promotion Period.
13. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
14. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
17. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
