The free period for subscription fees begins from the date you sign your contract with us. Sign in April and Subscription fees will commence for the month of August 2022, but will not be payable until September 2022. Sign in May and Subscription fees will commence for the month of September 2022, but will not be payable until October 2022. Implementation fees are billed upfront.

Usage charges for SMS and Superannuation processing are not included in the free period. See Payroll Terms and Conditions for more information on payment obligations for using these services

Severability: If any part or provision of these Terms is invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on the parties.
