- The Hero Community Tips Incentive is organised by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (EH).
- Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these terms and conditions.
- The promotional period is from 15 March 2022 to 31 March 2023 (Promotion Period).
- Entry is open to Australian residents who are existing EH customers. Employees of EH and associated companies are ineligible to enter.
- There is a monthly prize of 1 x A$50 Hero Points.
- The total prize pool has a maximum value of A$600 Hero Points.
- To be eligible for a prize, the entrant must complete and submit the #HeroTip form, including providing a valid email address within the Promotion Period (Promotion). The entrant may make multiple submissions, with each additional submission granting an additional entry.
- Promotional prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- EH makes no representations or warranties relating to the quality or suitability of the prize.
- The winners should be aware that tax implications may arise as a result of claiming the prize and should seek independent financial advice prior to claiming the prize.
- By entering the draw, the entrant acknowledges that they have read and understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- EH is, at its discretion, entitled to accept or reject any entry.
- The random draw will take place on a monthly basis on the last Wednesday of every month and the winners will each be entitled to one prize, notified by email and their first name and #HeroTip entry will be used in marketing activities. EH May defer announcing winners at its absolute discretion.
- The result of any draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
- All entries become the property of EH. EH may use the name, #HeroTip and other personal information provided by the entrant for marketing and promotional purposes. - EH may require the winners to partake in any media exposure, including but not limited to promotional, marketing and publicity activities without any further reference or payment or other compensation.
- The winners’ personal information may need to be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law and the winners’ names published as required under relevant legislation.
- EH reserves its rights to defer and/or terminate the Promotion or the Promotion Period early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
- Hero Points will be made available in each winner’s EH customer account for use in the Hero store within 30 days of EH announcing the winners. See link to EH platform terms and conditions here which includes terms for EH recognition and Hero Points in Appendix A.
