About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero).
2. As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for an Eligible Participant to receive a Reward (Promotion).
3. The promotion is available to eligible participants that meet the entry requirements between 1 June 2023 and 30 July 2023 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all Employment Hero admins who start posting jobs via the Employment Hero Applicant Tracking System and integrate to Seek. Attendees of the conference during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participant).
How to enter?
5. To enter this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must be an admin of an Employment Hero org, have a Swag Spend Account and post a job for their organisation via the Employment Hero Applicant Tracking system and integrate to the Seek job board. This Promotion does not apply to users who met these conditions prior to the start of the Promotion Period.
Reward
6. If the Eligible Participant has met the conditions set out in clause 5 above, then the Eligible Participant will be entitled to receiveย $300 Hero Pointsย from Employment Hero which will be deposited into their Swag Spend Account (Reward).
7. The Reward can only be claimed if the Eligible Participant sets up a Swag Spend Account via the Swag, and the Reward will expire if the Eligible Participant does not set up their Swag Spend Account within 30 days of satisfying the entry conditions set out in clause 5.
8. The Reward will be confirmed by Employment Hero and deposited into the Eligible Participantโs Swag Spend Account within 30 days of the Eligible Participant completing the setup of their Swag Spend Account.
9. Employment Hero will not process the Reward for Eligible Participants that completed and made their profile public after the Promotion Period.

10. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions may apply.
11. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Heroโs control);
b) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Heroโs reasonable control;
d) variation in Reward value to that stated in these terms; or
e) tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
13. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
14. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participantโs use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.
15. The Reward is granted โas isโ and EH does not provide a warranty of the Rewardโs merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
16. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
17. Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
18. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
19. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
