About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
2. As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for one Eligible Participant to win a Google Nest Hub Max (Promotion).
3. The Promotion will be conducted on 30th May 2024 between 10.00am to 4.45pm (Promotion Period) during Crayon Connect Sydney 2024 (W Hotel Sydney, Darling Harbour, 31 Wheat Road, Sydney NSW 2000).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all attendees of Crayon Connect Sydney 2024, during the relevant Promotion Period (Eligible Participant).
How to enter?
5. Eligible Participants can go into the draw to win the Reward by providing their exhibitor pass for Employment Hero staff to scan during the event.
Reward
6. There will be 1 winner drawn at the event who will win the Google Nest Hub Max (Reward).
7. The winner will be drawn at random during the event and will be notified at the event.

9. All Personal Information provided and collected in relation to this Promotion is done in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
a. technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Heroโs control);
b. theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c. entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Heroโs reasonable control;
d. variation in Reward value to that stated in these terms; or
e. tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
11. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
12. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participantโs use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward Provider.
13. The Reward is granted โas isโ and EH does not provide a warranty of the Rewardโs merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
17. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
