About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
2. Sign up to become a referral partner of Employment Hero and the Reward for every referral lead submitted during the Promotion Period (up to 5 submissions per partner) (Promotion).
3. This Promotion applies from 00:00 AM, Monday 4th March 2024 to 11:59 PM, Sunday 31st March 2024 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all new referral partners and existing partners or customers that have received a special invitation during the Promotion Period.
How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?
5. To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:
a. receive an email from us inviting you to participate in this Promotion;
b. become a new referral partner of the Employment Hero platform and service (not be a current referral partner, or have previously signed a referral partner agreement prior to the Promotion Period);
c. sign a referral partner agreement after speaking with a member of our Sales team;
d. submit referral leads directly to our Sales team;
e. be a registered business in either Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Singapore or Malaysia; and
f. ensure that leads submitted are a registered business in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Singapore or Malaysia.
Reward
6.If you satisfy the criteria in clause 5, you will be eligible to receive up to 5 Rewards based on the table below:

7. Gift cards will be finalised and sent to referral partners for all eligible leads within 14 days of the Promotion ending.
Restrictions
8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by us. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
9. You will only be eligible to receive a maximum of 5 Rewards for this Promotion.

11. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, we (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any:
a. technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under our control);
b. theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c. entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after we receive it) due to any reason beyond our reasonable control;
d. variation in Reward value to that stated in these terms; or
General Terms
13. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
14. Separate terms and conditions will apply to your use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.
15. The Reward is granted โas isโ and we do not provide a warranty of the Rewardโs merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
16. We reserve the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
17. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
18. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
19. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
