New Customers
About the Promotion
Sign by 30 June for:ย
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
2. Free first 3 months when purchasing an HR subscription, payroll subscription, or combined HR and Payroll subscription (Promotion).
3. This Promotion applies from 00:00 AM Saturday, 1st June 2024 to 11:59 PM Sunday, 30th June 2024 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
5. The Promotion is open to all new Employment Hero customers during the Promotion Period.
How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?
6. To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- Be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months);
- Sign a contract with a minimum term of 12 months within the relevant Promotion Period which includes:
- a paid Premium or Platinum HR subscription to receive the HR benefit of the Promotion;
- a paid Premium payroll subscription to receive the payroll benefit of the Promotion; and/or
- a paid Premium or Platinum HR subscription and a Premium Payroll subscription to receive the combined HR and payroll benefit of the Promotion;
- Provide and authorise use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract; and
- Be a registered business in Australia.
7. You may receive both the HR and payroll benefits provided under the Promotion when you purchase both relevant HR subscription and Payroll subscription plans for a minimum of 12 months whilst satisfying the other conditions of clause 5.
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
8. The Promotion will apply for the duration stated under the Promotions definition, after which the pricing will revert to the product Recommended Retail Price, as displayed on our Pricing Page.
Restrictions
9. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
10. Minimum HR and Payroll subscription costs apply. See Pricing Page for more detail on minimum subscription costs. Guided Plus Implementation is excluded from the implementation discount.

11. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
12. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
13. Usage charges for SMS, awards, P11D and super/pension processing are not included in the Promotion Period.
14. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
15. We reserve the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
16. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
17. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
18. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

About the Promotion

1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
2. Free first 3 months when adding a Premium or Platinum HR subscription, or Premium Payroll subscription for the first time to an existing contract (Promotion).
4. This Promotion applies from 00:00 AM Saturday, 1st June 2024 to 11:59 PM Tuesday, 25th June 2024 (Promotion Period).

5. The Promotion is open to all existing Employment Hero customers during the Promotion Period.
How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?
6. To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- Be an existing customer (and have been an Employment Hero customer for the last 12 months);
- Add one of the following subscription plans for a minimum term of 12 months within the Promotion Period:
- a paid Premium or Platinum HR subscription to receive the free HR benefit of Promotion (subscription must be a new product added for the first time, upgrades are excluded from this offer); or
- a paid Premium Payroll subscription plan to receive the free payroll benefit of Promotion (subscription must be a new product added for the first time, upgrades are excluded from this offer);
- Provide and authorise use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract; and
- Be a registered business in Australia.
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
