About the Promotion

1.ย ย ย This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Sdn. Bhd. (Registration Number 202201013362)ย (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
2.ย ย ย Free HR for the first 2 months when purchasing our HR Platinum subscription; free payroll for the first 2 months when purchasing our Premium Payroll subscription; free HR and Payroll for the first 3 months when purchasing a Premium Payroll subscription combined with a Platinum HR Subscriptionย (Promotion).
3.ย ย ย This Promotion applies from 00:00 AM Saturday, 1st July 2023 to 11:59 PM Wednesday, 26th July 2023ย (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4.ย ย The Promotion is open to all new Employment Hero customers during the Promotion Period.
How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?
5.ย ย ย To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:

- Be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months);
- Sign a contract with a minimum term of 12 months within the Promotion Period which includes:
- a paid Platinum HR subscription to receive the free HR benefit of the Promotion; and/or
- a paid Premium Payroll subscription to receive the free payroll benefit of the Promotion;
- Provide and authorise use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract; and
- Be a registered business in Malaysia.
6.ย ย ย You may receive both the HR and payroll benefits provided under the Promotion when you purchase both the Platinum HR subscription and Premium Payroll subscription plan for a minimum of 12 months whilst satisfying the other conditions of clause 5.
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
ย 7.ย ย ย The Promotion will apply for the first 3 months of your contract, after which the pricing will revert to the product Recommended Retail Price, as displayed on our Malaysia Pricing Page.
Restrictions
8.ย ย ย The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

ย 11.ย ย ย This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
ย 12.ย ย ย Usage charges for SMS and pension processing are not included in the Promotion Period.
ย 13.ย ย ย Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
ย 14.ย ย ย We reserve the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
ย 15.ย ย ย Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
ย 16.ย ย ย Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
ย 17.ย ย ย Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
