About the Promotion
- This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11160047709) (EH) for attendees of the HR Leaders Forum 2023.
- Participating in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of theseย terms. Information explaining how to participate is part of theseย termsย and applicable EH policies and general terms and conditions apply.
- The Promotion will be conducted on 15th & 16th February during the HR Leaders Forum 2023 (Promotion Period).
- EH reserves its rights to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part in its absolute discretion.
Who can Enter?
- The Promotion is open to all attendees of the HR Leaders Forum 2023 during the relevant Promotion Period (15 – 16 February 2023) (Eligible Participant).
How to Enter
- Enter your details via the form (https://env-employmentherocom-premstaging.kinsta.cloud/nz/legals/archived/hr-leaders-forum-australia/) during the HR Leaders Forum on 15 – 16 February 2023 to go in the draw to win a $500 endota spa gift voucher. Entries close at 5pm on 16 February 2023.
Reward
- There will be 1 winner drawn after the event who will receive a $500 gift voucher to Endota Spa. (Reward) The winner will be drawn on the day after the event, on 17 February 2023. The winner will be notified on 17 February via phone or email. The voucher will be sent via email on the 17 February.
- The Eligible Participant who receives the Reward agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions governing the use of the Endota Spa gift voucher and provided on the Endota Spa website. The voucher will be provided to the winner via email on the 17th February 2023.
- References to currency is the local currency where the Eligible Participant resides and is inclusive of all duties and taxes payable, including GST.
General
- EH collects personal information in connection with this Promotion. EH may, for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory agencies. Participation is conditional on providing this information.
- Personal information EH collects in connection with this Promotion is managed in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://env-employmentherocom-premstaging.kinsta.cloud/nz/legals/privacy-policy/).
- EH reserves the right to:
(a) disqualify any Eligible Participant that submits an incomplete or misdirected submissions for the Promotion.
(b) withhold the Reward or disqualify any Eligible Participant for failing to comply with theseย termsย or EH policies or both.
- EHโs decision is final, and binding and will not be subject to any discussion or correspondence.
- If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is incapable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, EH may at its absolute discretion change itsย termsย or cancel the Promotions.
Liability
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, EH (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
(a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under EHโs control);
(b) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after EH receipts it) due to any reason beyond EHโs reasonable control;
(d) variation in Reward value to that stated in theseย terms;
(e) tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant; or
(f) the Eligible Participantโsย useย of the Reward or any breach of the applicable Endota Spa gift card terms and conditions.
- Theseย termsย are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
