About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty (UK) Ltd (Company Number 12861071) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
2. Receive 3 months FREE subscription when you are on a free trial and upgrade in-platform to any Employment Hero HR plans for a minimum term of 12 months (Promotion).
3. This promotion applies from 00:00AM Friday, 29 March 2024 to 11:59PM, Tuesday, 30 April 2024 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all UK based customers that signs up for a free trial of the HR subscription during the Promotion Period.
How to qualify for the Promotion?
5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
-
- already be subscribed to a free trial of the HR plan;
- upgrade the plan in-platform from a free trial to a paid HR subscription with a minimum 12 month term within the Promotion Period;
- be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions other than the free trial for HR and must not have been an Employment Hero customer for any services in the last 12 months);
- provide and authorise a relevant payment method within 7 days of signing your contract; and
- be a registered business in the UK
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
6. After your trial has ended, the first three months of your paid HR subscription fees will be free. Your first subscription fees will apply on the 1st day of the month after your initial three months of use. So you only pay 9 months of the 12 month minimum term subscription.
Restrictions
7. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by [Employment Hero]. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

9. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
10. Usage charges for SMS and pension processing are not included in the Promotion Period.
11. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
12. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
13. Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
14. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
15. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
