About the promotion:
Employment Hero Pty Ltd (EH) and Go1 have partnered up to support our users by providing access to 20 mental health and wellbeing courses (the Content). Access to these courses and their content are free of charge for existing and new Eligible Customers from 19 August 2021 until 1 March 2022 (Promotional Period).
Participating in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms. Information explaining how to participate is part of these terms and applicable EH policies and general terms and conditions apply. Your access to the Go1 courses will be governed by Go1’s terms and conditions.
Who is eligible?
- This promotion is currently only available to Premium and Platinum HR customers (Eligible Customers) and Standard HR Customers who choose to opt into a Platinum HR subscription 30-day trial.
- Eligible Customers will have access to the Content at no extra cost from 19 August 2021 until 1 March 2022. After this date the content will be removed from your Learning portal. Customers with an additional Learning Plus subscription ($12 per employee per month) will continue to have access to these courses as part of their Learning Plus subscription, which includes unlimited access to all of Go1’s Premium learning content.
- Standard HR customers can access the Content, currently only available to Eligible Customers, by opting in to a free 30-day Platinum HR trial. The Content will only be available for the duration of the trial.
- Standard HR customers can request a trial up to three (3) times during the promotional period. Access to the Content will be available during each trial until 1 March 2022 when it will be removed from all Employment Hero Learning portals, regardless of subscription type or any participation in a Platinum HR trial.
How do I access the Content?
- The Content will be available to Eligible Customers by following these instructions and agreeing to the Go1 terms and conditions.
- Standard HR customers can request their 30-day Platinum HR trial by emailing info@employmenthero.com. Please note that EH’s general terms and conditions apply to subscription trials.
- Eligible Customer’s access to the Content included in the Mental Health and Wellbeing Pathway promotion will expire on 1 March 2022.
General
- EH collects personal information in connection with this Promotion. EH may, for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory agencies. Participation is conditional on providing this information.
- Personal information EH collects in connection with this Promotion is managed in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://env-employmentherocom-premstaging.kinsta.cloud/uk/legals/privacy-policy/).
- If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is incapable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, EH may at its absolute discretion change its terms or cancel the Promotions.
Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, EH (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
- Technical difficulties, the Content provided or service disruptions (whether or not under EH control);
- Eligible Customers use of the Content or any breach of the Go1 Terms and Conditions.
