About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero (UK) Ltd (Company Number 12861071) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
2. Receive 3 months free subscription for any Employment Hero product tier when signing up for a 12 month subscription (Promotion).
3. You can enter into the Promotion from 4 April 2024 to 30 April 2024 (Promotion Period), and you have till 30 September 2024 to redeem the offer under the Promotion (Redemption Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all new Employment Hero customers during the Promotion Period.
How to qualify for the Promotion?
5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
a. register your interest and book a demo with us through the webpage referenced in the call to action on a radio advertisement within the Promotion Period;
b. sign a contract with a minimum term of 12 months within the Redemption Period and implement the service into your business, and not have been a customer of ours within the 12 months prior to the Promotion start date;
c. provide and authorise your valid payment method and details within 7 days of signing your contract; and
d. be a registered business in the United Kingdom.
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
6. Subscription fees will apply from the first pay run processed after your 3-month free period has been redeemed in full. Subscriptions will be invoiced on the 1st day of the 4th month from the date that your brand account is set up, and the fees will be charged on the 8th day of the 4th month.
Restrictions
7. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
8. You will not be eligible for any free trials of Employment Hero products.

General Terms
11. Usage charges for SMS and pension processing are not included in the Promotion Period.
12. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
13. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
14. Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
15. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
16. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
